A grow room and a shop counter under one company
Triple M was founded in 2014 by a group of local professionals who wanted better access to medical cannabis in Southeastern Massachusetts. It opened as a medical operator, added adult use in Plymouth in February 2020 and in Mashpee in June 2021, and now employs more than 75 growers, processors, budtenders and educators.
The house line starts in the Plymouth cultivation rooms, where the team has grown more than three dozen strains, and moves through extraction, kitchen and packaging in the same building. That is why the budtenders can tell you how a strain was dried and cured, not only what the label says.

Two stores 30 miles apart split this corner of Massachusetts neatly. The Upper Cape and Mid-Cape, from Woods Hole to Yarmouth, run to Mashpee. Both stores are licensed medical marijuana treatment centers as well as adult use retailers. Patients get products that are not capped at the 5mg per serving adult use limit, no adult use excise or sales tax, and budtenders who have been working with Massachusetts patients since before recreational sales began.

Which Triple M should I visit, Mashpee or Plymouth?
Go to the one you are closer to; both carry the Triple M house line and keep the same hours. Cape Cod towns from Falmouth to Hyannis are closer to Mashpee, and South Shore towns from Kingston to Marshfield are closer to Plymouth. The ZIP checker on this page compares the drive to both.
Does Triple M grow its own cannabis?
Yes. Triple M is vertically integrated: it cultivates, processes, packages and labels its own flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages and tinctures at 9 Collins Ave in Plymouth, then sends every batch to an independent state-certified lab before sale.
Can I buy medical and adult use cannabis at the same store?
Yes, at both. Each store holds a medical marijuana license and an adult use license at the same address. Medical patients bring their active state card and photo ID; adult use customers need to be 21+ with valid government photo ID.
Does Triple M deliver?
No. Triple M sells in store and through online order-ahead pickup at Mashpee and Plymouth. Ordering ahead reserves your products so they are packed when you arrive.

If you are searching for a dispensary near you anywhere from Falmouth to Kingston, Triple M is probably within half an hour. The Mashpee store sits just off Route 130, which makes it an easy stop from Sandwich and Cotuit and a straight run down Route 28 from Hyannis and Falmouth. The Plymouth store is in the Plymouth Industrial Park near Route 3 and Route 44, a few minutes from the Kingston Collection and an easy trip from Duxbury, Carver and Pembroke.
Both stores sell flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, concentrates, gummies and chocolates, CannaSpritzer cannabis beverages, tinctures and topicals. Adult use shoppers need to be 21 or older with a valid government photo ID. Registered patients and caregivers bring their state card as well. Payment is cash, debit as an ATM-style transaction, or CanPay.
