Pick Mashpee when
You are already on the Cape. From anywhere between Woods Hole and Yarmouth, Mashpee is closer by 20 minutes or more, and it is reachable without crossing a bridge. It is also the store for Upper Cape medical patients who have been shopping there since the medical dispensary opened in 2018. Summer weekends are busy, so order ahead from the beach.
Pick Plymouth when
You live in Plymouth County, you are driving to the Cape and want to shop before the Sagamore Bridge, or you are coming back and want to stop on Route 3. Plymouth is also the one to visit if you like the idea of buying where the product is grown: the retail floor shares an address with the cultivation rooms, the extraction lab and the kitchen.

Sagamore Beach and East Wareham are within a few minutes of even. Onset leans to Mashpee over the Bourne Bridge; Wareham center and West Wareham lean to Plymouth.
