Where people work
Plymouth houses the grow, the extraction lab, the kitchen, packaging and a dispensary, so most roles outside retail are based there. Mashpee is a retail store with medical and adult use sales floors. Retail roles include dispensary agents (budtenders), reception and ID check, and inventory.
What to know before applying
Massachusetts requires every cannabis employee to be at least 21 and to register as a marijuana establishment agent with the Cannabis Control Commission, which includes a background check. Customer service experience matters more than cannabis experience for most retail roles; we train on product.
What working at Triple M looks like
Triple M is vertically integrated, so the jobs span a whole supply chain in one company. Cultivation technicians work the flowering and vegetative rooms in Plymouth, trimming, watering, scouting for pests and keeping detailed batch records. Processing and kitchen staff turn harvested flower into pre-rolls, vape oil, concentrates, edibles and CannaSpritzer beverages. Packaging and inventory teams label every product to Cannabis Control Commission rules and track it in the state seed-to-sale system.
In the stores, budtenders and patient consultants help shoppers in Mashpee and Plymouth choose products, verify medical cards, and explain dosing to first-time customers. Security, reception and inventory roles keep both sales floors running seven days a week.
Every Massachusetts cannabis worker must hold a Marijuana Establishment Agent registration from the Cannabis Control Commission. If you are hired, Triple M walks you through the application and the required Responsible Vendor Training. Applicants must be 21 or older.
