Order ahead and pick up in store
Triple M takes online orders for in-store pickup at both stores. Choose Mashpee or Plymouth, pick the medical or adult use menu, reserve your products, and pay when you pick up with cash, debit or CanPay. Triple M does not deliver.
How it works
Open the menu for the store you are going to: Mashpee or Plymouth. The two menus are separate because stock differs by store. Choose medical or adult use, add products, and select a pickup time. You will receive a confirmation with your order details.
When you arrive, check in as usual with your ID (and patient card for medical orders), give your name, and your order is brought to the counter. Pay at pickup.
Why bother ordering ahead?
On a quiet weekday it is just as easy to browse in person, and first-time shoppers usually should. Ordering ahead pays off on summer weekends in Mashpee, around holidays, and anytime you know exactly what you want. It also locks in stock: if something is popular and running low, a reservation holds it.

Questions
How long does Triple M hold an order-ahead order?
Orders are held for pickup on the day you select, until closing: 8pm Monday to Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. If plans change, call the store to adjust.
Can I pay online when I order ahead?
Orders are reserved online and paid at pickup with cash, debit as an ATM-style transaction, or CanPay. Massachusetts dispensaries cannot take credit cards.
What do I need to bring to pick up an order?
The same things you would need to shop in person: a valid, unexpired government photo ID showing you are 21 or older, plus your Massachusetts patient or caregiver card for medical orders, and cash, debit or CanPay to pay.
Does Triple M deliver?
No, Triple M does not offer delivery. Order ahead online and pick up at Mashpee or Plymouth.
Tips for a smooth pickup
Order from the menu for the store you are actually going to. Mashpee and Plymouth each run their own menu and inventory, so an order placed on the Plymouth menu cannot be picked up in Mashpee. Bring the same valid ID you would bring for a walk-in visit, plus your medical card if you ordered medical products.
Busy times are usually weekday evenings after work and Saturday afternoons, and summer weekends on the Cape are busier still. Ordering ahead during those windows is the simplest way to keep the visit short.
