Privacy policy

Effective September 23, 2026. This policy covers triplemdispensary.com, operated by M3 Ventures, Inc. d/b/a Triple M.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use a contact or careers form; order details when you order ahead through our menu provider; and your phone number and preferences when you join Triple M Rewards. Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, and a cookie that remembers you confirmed your age.

How we use it

To respond to you, fill and hand off orders, run the rewards program, improve the website, and meet Massachusetts regulatory requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Online menus and ordering are provided by Dutchie. Rewards and messaging are provided by Alpine IQ. Forms are processed by a form provider. Analytics may be provided by Google. Each receives only the information needed to provide its service and has its own privacy policy.

Medical information

Medical patient verification happens in store against the state registry. Please do not send medical information or card numbers through website forms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP and from emails with the unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@mm-ma.org. Residents of states with additional privacy rights may exercise them the same way.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
