How do you get to the Mashpee store?
From Route 6, take Exit 59 and follow Route 130 south into Mashpee; Echo Road is off Route 130 north of the Mashpee rotary. From Falmouth and Hyannis, Route 28 gets you to the Mashpee line and Route 130 does the rest. There is a free on-site lot, so there is no street parking to hunt for even in August.
The building is the clapboard two-story you see in the photo, set back from the road with the lot in front. Walk in through the main entrance; medical patients and adult use customers are checked in separately.
A short history at 41 Echo Road
Triple M opened its Mashpee medical dispensary in April 2018 to serve registered patients on Cape Cod. The town approved a host agreement for adult use sales in March 2019, and adult use sales began in June 2021. At that point it was the first adult use dispensary on the Upper Cape. Early operations ran out of a temporary structure while the permanent building was completed.
