Triple M (M3 Ventures, Inc.) is a locally owned Massachusetts cannabis company founded in 2014. It grows and processes its own products in Plymouth, runs medical and adult use dispensaries in Plymouth and Mashpee, and employs more than 75 people.
Who we are
Triple M was started by a team of local professionals from different fields who saw the medical benefits of cannabis and wanted to increase access to it in Southeastern Massachusetts and on Cape Cod. The company began as a medical operator, and that shaped how it works with customers: patiently, with honest information, and without assuming anyone already knows the vocabulary.
The team has grown to more than 75 growers, processors, budtenders, educators and advocates. Most of them live in the towns the stores serve, which is the practical meaning of locally owned.
A timeline
- 2014: Triple M is founded.
- 2018: The Mashpee medical dispensary opens in April.
- February 2020: The Cannabis Control Commission approves adult use cultivation, processing and retail in Plymouth, and adult use sales begin there on February 3.
- June 2021: Adult use sales begin in Mashpee, the first on the Upper Cape.
- 2021: Named the number one dispensary in Massachusetts by Boston.com readers and given a Best of Weedmaps award.
- 2022: Mashpee's medical dispensary is listed among the top-rated in Massachusetts by Leafly.
